Motrex LLC Sales Operations Business Analyst and Trainer in Alpharetta, Georgia
Overview
This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales operations & customer engagement policies and procedures. This includes onboarding customers through timely approval and setup of Confirmation of Customer Change (COCC) packages, Industrial Program Change Requests (IPCR) and maintaining sales operating policies. In addition, this person will be responsible for sales & service training including design and delivery of training programs.
Responsibilities
Maintain sales operating & customer engagement policies and procedures.
COCC & IPCR work flows and all necessary process and procedure documentation for all aspects of these processes.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, IT and Operations to improve the customer onboarding process.
Design and deliver sales & service training programs around business process, sales policies, sales applications (i.e. JDE, SFDC, inContact), product and soft skills.
Develops and maintain reporting on COCC & IPCR packages
Documents business processes in compliance with internal & external audits.
Qualifications
BS Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Marketing preferred
Minimum of two years relevant experience
Must be creative and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proven project management skills.
Strong attention to detail
Must be proficient in all modules of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Salesforce.com and JD Edwards is a plus.
Previous experience working in a sales or customer support role is a plus.
